"CONTINENTAL HOTELS" is the first Romanian hotel chain created by the integration of the hotels with the same name in the most important cities of the country and managed by SC CONTINENTAL SA.
       The development strategy of CONTINENTAL SA consisted in gradually privatising the whole company and in acquiring new hotels in the main Romanian towns.
       Most of the company's hotels were refurbished and reequiped at an international three star level, which is intended to become step by step a CONTINENTAL standard.
       The expansion of the chain is a continuous process and at present it includes 12 locations, out of which 10 hotels and motels are in operation in Bucharest, Arad, Cluj, Oradea, Sibiu, Suceava, Tg. Mures and Tr. Severin.
       Two hotels are under construction: IBIS-Nord hotel in Bucharest and the new building of NOVOTEL-Continental hotel in Constantza.
